Army Col. Carm Cicalese was recently a guest speaker at the NATO school in Oberammergau, Germany and has been invited to the NATO PSYOP Course in March. His book Mindset, the Intel and Psyop War During the Surge will also be out in March,the tenth anniversary of the Coalition invasion of Iraq
